Jon Scahill, President & Chief Operating Officer
Jon Scahill joined Quest as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in May 2007. Prior to joining Quest, Mr. Scahill was founder and Managing Director of the Urban-Rigney Group, LLC, a private consultancy specializing in New Business/New Venture Development, Operations Optimization, and Strategic Analysis. He has held numerous positions in Sales & Marketing, Technical Management, and Product Development in the consumer products/flexible packaging arena.
Mr. Scahill holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a MBA in Finance, Strategy and Operations from Rochester's Simon Graduate School of Business.
Herb Reichlin, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Herbert M. Reichlin assumed the positions of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of May 2007. He has served as a Director and Treasurer of the Company since July 30, 1996, and served as President from 1997 through 2007. Mr. Reichlin is a Certified Public Accountant, whose background has been heavily relied upon in numerous business consulting relationships. Herb was a Principal in AWI (American Woman) which had a five year Concession Agreement with The Limited Stores. AWI was in 500 stores and recorded in excess of 20 million in sales annually.
Mr. Reichlin is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Tim Scahill, Chief Technology Officer
Tim Scahill joined Quest as CTO in August 2007. Mr. Scahill has over 20 years experience assembling dynamic teams of Information Technology Engineers, software experts and business professionals to create fast paced, successful startups. In his roles as President, CIO or System Architect of several startups, he has taken the responsibility for business strategy, acquisition, execution, as well as financial management. His entrepreneurial acumen and proven record of successful management with sole discretionary responsibility, demonstrate the scope of his capability and his value to delivering results.
Mr. Scahill holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and several IT industry Certifications. He serves on the boards of the Upstate New York Technology Council, an investor in Greater Rochester Enterprise, Pariemus Rochester and also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for Habitat for Humanity. He is a member of Greater Rochester Enterprise and CEO Roundtable Chair.
