- PSI Capital Management (www.psicapm.com) is a capital management/advisory services company. PSI Capital Management is responsible for researching, selecting and monitoring investments and controlling all operations and activities, including portfolio management. PSI is not registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act or with any state agency.
Quest Licensing Corporation
- Quest Licensing Corporation is our third-party financial management division. Whereupon Quest invests in IP that must be licensed or is subject to royalty arrangements, Quest Licensing takes the lead. Quest Licensing is involved with a number of our technology partnerships, including those related to technologies associated with webpage generation, content display and mobile data delivery.

Quest Packaging Solutions
- Quest Packaging Solutions was created as our commercial development vehicle for a portfolio of flexible packaging patents. Sold under the name Turtlepak®, Quest has teamed with the experience of Mike Mettee to expand distribution for Turtlepak® across the country. Working directly with manufacturers and in the refurbishment market, Quest Packaging Solutions has become and will continue to be a valuable source of revenue for Quest.
Wynn Technologies
- Founded in 2001 Wynn Technologies comprises Quest's management and resources dedicated to developing the commercial applications of its patented technology in the mobile payment market. Truly ahead of its time, the patented technology behind Wynn Technologies is nearing its time in the commercial space.
Phase Out
- Having been with Quest since its inception, Phase Out delivers a unique smoking cessation product. Formerly available in drug stores across the country, Quest is focused on reviving this business and returning it to the marketplace.
