The case was mediated by David Folsom on Thursday, June 6, 2019, between Plaintiff, Semcon IP Inc., and Defendant, Amazon.com, Inc., which resulted in a suspension. After additional follow up with the mediator, the parties have reached a settlement.
The legal case discussion was quite detailed and interesting, especially how it breaks down complex patent issues in a practical way.
