CXT Systems, Inc. Portfolio Update

On November 12, 2021, Quest affiliate CXT Systems, Inc. ("CXT"), is pleased to announce resolution of the pending matter between CXT and HCL Technologies et al ("HCL").

In conjunction with this resolution, HCL took a license to the CXT portfolio.
