On October 8, 2021, QPRC affiliate Audio Messaging Inc. filed a Complaint for Patent Infringement against Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co. Ltd.
The Complaint was filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Case Number is 2:21-cv-00381.
